Trekking Advice
One must bring the following items:
- Warm hat/cap suited for sun and rain protection
- Recommended clothing: (Summer) Cotton | (Evenings/Winter) Woolen
- Rain wear
- Warm clothes (Should include a insulated jacket or vest)
- Lots of socks
- Strong, comfortable and water-resistent trekking boots suitable for rainy season (June to August)
- Water filter/purifying tablets (Note: Boiled water will be provided throughout the trek)
- Flashlight
- Sunscreen
- Aspirin (Incase of Altitude Sickness)
- Sleeping Bag (Note: A sleeping mat will be provided, but it is recommended that you bring a sleeping bag of your own.)
